How far is it to the Turnersee?
About 900 m – roughly a 10-minute walk to the Strandbad Hribernig lido on the Turnersee. Our guests receive tickets for free entry to the lido.
When are you open?
Our season runs from May to September.
How many people are the apartments suitable for?
Terrace Right and Terrace Left sleep up to 5 people, Balcony Right up to 6. Every apartment has two bedrooms – in Terrace Right each one even has its own bathroom.
Are the apartments wheelchair accessible?
Terrace Right and Terrace Left are on the ground floor and accessible by wheelchair. Balcony Right on the upper floor is not wheelchair accessible. If you have questions about the details, such as the bathroom, just give us a call.
What is added to the price per night?
The final cleaning (€70 one-off) and the Carinthian tourist tax: €4.50 per person per night (children up to 16 exempt). When you book, we ask for a deposit of €150.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Arrival from 16:00, departure by 9:00. From June to August we let from Saturday to Saturday; for the other months, just ask.
Are bed linen and towels included?
Yes – bed linen, hand and bath towels, tablecloths and tea towels as well as crockery are provided in all apartments. All you need to pack is your swimwear.
Is there Wi-Fi and parking?
Yes, both are included.
Can I charge my electric car or e-bike?
Yes. You can charge e-bike batteries with us for free, and your e-bike is kept sheltered from the weather. You can charge your electric car right at the house – we charge €0.30 per kWh for this.
Is the pool heated?
Yes, our pool (5 × 10 m) is heated by solar energy.
Is there a cot or a high chair?
Yes – we provide a cot and a high chair free of charge on request.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
Is there a guest card?
Yes – with us, every guest gets the region’s guest card for free: the Aktiv Card Südkärnten, with more than 30 free activities, discounts and free travel by train and Postbus Shuttle in Carinthia.
Can I come by train?
Yes – since December 2025 the Koralmbahn stops at Kühnsdorf-Klopeiner See, only about 9 km from us. We’re happy to help you plan the last stretch.
